We will report on what went right and what went wrong in the Federal governments effort to open-source the Drupal-based Federal IT Dashboard, which has not successfully engengered reuse/reimplementation by other governments.  

In this interactive session with audience participation we hope to devise a recipe through which future Drupal-based "apps" funded by government can more likely successfully be reused by many other governments, at diminishing marginal cost each time.
