Creating applications and dashboards using Drupal

San Francisco City and County have a growing set of internal solutions that present Drupal dashboards. This session will show how we deploy dashboards for business users, for deployment in both intranet and web facing systems. The types of dashboards we will be looking at include:

  • IT procurement dashboard
  • Tax Credit Request Management dashboard
  • Entertainment Permits dashboard
  • Discrimation Reporting dashbord
  • etc

This session will focus on the management of dashboards. Specifically how we deploy multiple dashboards for users with varying permissions. The data capture and workflow are not part of this demonstration. The use case is very much about using Drupal inside the organisation for delivering subsites for specific business needs.
